It has been over 4 months waiting to get my bathroom upgraded, I have been told that they couldn't get a building permit from a town out of my county, which is very stupid if you look up the county that I am in. After 2 months they said a employee had quit and couldn't get it done when they said they would be out. Didn't show up and said they couldn't get a plumber, this is going on 5 mouths. We have been left wanting in terms of communication; our final check was cashed before our bathroom remodel has been completed. We are still waiting on a sink faucet to be installed and I have to get in contact with project manager Eric E. every week to check on progress. This job was supposed to be completed over two weeks ago, and with every communication I am told “it will just be a couple of weeks”. Company had zero oversight on our project and took 3 months to finish a job that was quoted as 2 days. I had to go into their warehouse in order to make an appointment after our correct items finally came in. Avoid this company. Check out their 1.6 stars on yelp for accurate reviews

We wanted to have 10 windows and a slider with blinds replaced. Sales said it wouldn’t be a problem and scheduled their “best” person to measure everything the next day. We signed the contract on 1/23/24 and were told someone would be in contact with us to schedule the 2-day installation once weather permitted. The installers came in early May but only installed 4 of the 10 windows as there was a problem with the other 6 and the door hadn’t come in yet. Their sales tactics are incredibly predatory. We felt very pressured into signing a contract to have our bathroom remodeled, and ultimately gave in. We told the salesperson we wanted to think on it and he didn’t take no for an answer. We feel taken advantage of, but also disappointed in ourselves. We should’ve known better than to fall for it. Word to the wise, tell them you need to think on it and they’ll lower the price to get you to sign. Only do it if you feel confident you want to. The installers and plumber were great.... read more

Had to wait months for replacement replacement windows. Mind you the windows were only 3 years old that needed replacing. And when they finally came in it took another 3 to 4 months to get someone out hereto put the 3 out of the 4 in. This all started in May of 2024 and still waiting on the other one yet

Horrible experience overall. Job was supposed to be done in days but took months. Wasted days of work to babysit them while they worked. Was at the house at 11pm which was totally inappropriate. No compensation for inconvenience, poor quality, or wasting my time. Do not do business with this company.

I got an estimate from these people, to be told I had black mold growing in my bathroom. that is a major concern for me because im highly allergic to black mold. keep in mind my house is a brand new build its 10 months old. I just wanted a walk in shower instead of a bath/shower.
