Such a positive experience working with this group. Every person I worked with was very knowledgeable and responsive. Project was completed on time and on budget and process went very smoothly.
Stan was the man’s name he was over the top. In every aspect.

Everyone we had here was absolutley great. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job.
Only did half of the job that was paid for, then changed our contract without informing us. Also our point of contact was either let go or quit and we weren’t informed of not having a new point of contact or given a new one. Job manager showed up for an appointment 45 minutes late without informing us he was going to be late. We weren’t informed treated disrespectfully and rude by the person we finally got to speak with.
I have 2 projects. The simple one bath was not a big problem but the custom, bigger project took over 1 year. They could have done a much better job in project management.
In home consultation was key. YHIC rep instilled confidence in the company, the product, and the quality of the installation. I also appreciated the broad range of financing options.
We were extremely pleased with the workmanship, professionalism, and final result. We'd use them again.
