Your Home Improvement was very wonderful to work with from beginning to end.
They did great work finished on time and were friendly.
On multiple levels this company blew it!
Only did half of the job that was paid for, then changed our contract without informing us. Also our point of contact was either let go or quit and we weren’t informed of not having a new point of contact or given a new one. Job manager showed up for an appointment 45 minutes late without informing us he was going to be late. We weren’t informed treated disrespectfully and rude by the person we finally got to speak with.
