We had a very pleasant visit from one of your representatives today. Isiah Green did a great job from beginning to end. His initial contact, delivery, knowledge and professionalism was exactly what I expect when someone comes out. I told him my key interests are always reputation of the company, quality of the product and service, and value . He made sure he addressed those concerns during his visit. Brandon from YHIC visited us twice to help us to redesign a master bathroom. He was a great listener and identified what we needed and helped us put together a coordinated bathroom that met all our needs. He is friendly and courteous and would recommend him and his products to anyone. Very professional! You can't go wrong!
Update I'm editing my review because the COMPANY DOESN'T DESERVE 5 STARS.. the rep does. I want to make that very clear. The managers were so ... don't even have a good word for it other than very disrespectful, rude, sarcastic. Also, I know they WAY over price because my quote started at $20,000+ for a small guest bathroom walk-in shower installation. Their final offer was $13,500 and a healthy serving of disrespect. There's no way they'd bring it down so far that they're not still making a very healthy profit. I say again... read more
Billy he was a very nice man. He carried us through every step showed us all the pictures what we will be getting what we’re paying for everything. He was just a super guy, and we truly appreciate him taking the time to care of us old people tying in consideration, we love his demonstration of everything
