High pressure sales with inaccurate information for veterans. Poor response time.
Was threatened by a contractor, bathroom was left destroyed for a month and half, Customer service was bad and the breached the contract.
The walk-in shower was not designed according to my opinion.I wanted a non-slip shower, and what happened? I fell over with my shower chair. I only have one foot left.

It had to be redone and took forever. I also never got the vacation offer.
That was one of the worse experiences of my life . I’ve have never been so disappointed in a company in my life as I have you all . The salesman lied the workers were very unprofessional and at times didn’t know what they were doing , they left me in a mess and a dangerous situation. I asked if I could get something taken off my bill but y’all couldn’t even see fit to do that . So no would not recommend your company to my worse friends. If you need details feel free to call me . High pressure sales techniques, sub par quality of work, over 3 months to complete work due to missing materials. 90% payment required before work is started. Project manager disappeared and I was left to deal with the subcontractor alone. Moen shower wand was pathetic and Kohler toilet an embarrassment to the brand - both were replaced by owner.
I would recommend Your Home Improvement however I would not recommend the crew that installed my shower. The next project I do I will make sure they do NOT assign the same team.
