We met with Forrest to get a quote for our bathrooms. We're new home owners so we couldn't make a day of decision, but it's something we are considering in the future and looking forward to this project. My brother tried to get a walk-in shower with these guys however it didn't work out because my brother was having memory issues and didn't realize he had ordered a tub from another company. Which we are trying to get out of. Kyle went above and beyond trying to help my brother anyway he could even knowing we wouldn't be getting a shower from them. He took time out of his schedule to help my brother and talk with me as well. Much appreciated and would use them if the need arises in the future.
Kyle was a great sales rep! He went over all options with us and explained everything thoroughly. We ended up designing a new shower that looked fantastic.
Thorough review of options with the salesman. And Kyle served a concerted effort to marry preferences with YHIC options. The transferable lifetime warranty had influence on our final decision. Finishes and material are top notch. Workmanship and diligence on site was excellent. Just wish we laid out the shower dimensions to optimize the space as with glass doors the space is a little more restrictive.
