They did a good job. It only took them six hours and the work is fine. I like it.
The project was professionally done from the beginning to the end.
Ordered windows in March 2024, contact was okay the first couple months with installation expected to happen in June 2024. After that we struggled to get ahold of anyone until late September. In November 2024 installation of the windows finally began. A couple windows were broken in a predicted wind storm in which the contractor left the windows outside. In good conscience, I could not recommend Your Home Improvement - Seattle to anyone. The final product was not professional, looked like it was installed by a DIY homeowner with no experience and the hardware looks used and cheap. Completely disappointed. If this review is even read by anyone, please avoid this company. Do your homework, get recommendations from friends. I thought I did my research but I decided to go with a company that no one heard over. Never again.
They told us initially that the installation was going to start in June, but they came in earlier. They left things behind because they didn't have the complete parts. When I asked for some type of reimbursement, they told me no and that they had already gave me a discount.
Poor workmanship. Had to pay another contractor to fix the flooring the proper way. Changed $2,300 for 3 hours of plumber’s time.
I am waiting to get a reply from the young man who came out for the initial sales call because I have some questions that I need answers to. I texted him a few days ago and still haven't heard from him. I am not thrilled that he hasn't bothered replying.
