Poor case management. Customer service is very argumentative and unhelpful. My case is two years in and no results as no one will allow you to speak to your attorney. Total confusion on appointments and depositions. My best advise is pick another firm.
En mi caso, todo ha sido un desastre. Después de casi dos años, y la casa desbaratada en busca de pruebas del daño, nos dicen que la causa de los daños no están cubiertas por el Seguro. Y que de la cifra obtenida (10 mil que no alcanza ni para reparar lo que rompieron) solo nos corresponden 4 mil. Decepcionada totalmente de su representación

I believe that I have to wait this long to get my issues resolved I’ve been waiting over seven months to get this done I’m still without a kitchen and still without a bathroom I have to use the slop sink in the laundry room to wash my dishes I also have a six-month-old grandson who I take care of since he’s been four months old you try to plan your day and everything else with a six month old baby with no kitchen and no bathroom I really like to get this resolved as soon as possible in the beginning it sounded all good and d... read more
