A had damages due to Hurricane Ian. They were very attentive at the onset to get the amount i need to fix my property from my insurance company but after that it was hard to reach anyone. finally I made contact with my rep and was made an offer to expedite my claim in i agree to and additional 5% instead of the 10% agreed to. When i said we agreed to 10% he said well you sign the agreement stating that option is there for you to get a faster settlement. I said no let go with 10% agreed upon. I hired this attorney at the end of November 2020 due to mold in my home during a water backup. My kitchen has no sink and no cabinets as they were removed for mold. It has been over 19 months and yet no positive info on this case and as a result of this open claim no insurance wants to insure my home.

I'm being very generous by giving your firm one star. As impressed as I was to read the glowing reviews by other past, and current, clients, I was treated in far from the professional, friendly and capable manner described. From the minute this "association" began, with a visit from Adrian Castro, it went south. I was stupid enough to listen, and believe, Mr. Castro's B.S. but, in hindsight, he was one step below a used car salesman. I don't know where all these 5 star reviews come from it's come from but they can't be real so far they call you every day to you sign and good luck after that you're gonna wait a very long time to get anything done.
Poor case management. Customer service is very argumentative and unhelpful. My case is two years in and no results as no one will allow you to speak to your attorney. Total confusion on appointments and depositions. My best advise is pick another firm.
