The food is great as always. We go there once a week and it's always been consistent. However last night. Our server was very dismissive and we can tell she checked out and didn't wanna be there. She would say oh sorry before I even finished my sentence. She wasn't accommodating at all and we both were like what's happening here. We're not gonna say we had 5 star service in the past, but most of the servers there are polite and they try their best. New to the neighborhood and had to try out the happy hour from 3 to 6 PM. I wasn't expecting it to be this much of a diner style, but it was still a pleasant experience. Our server was great. There were plenty of tables and our family of four were able to be seated and served Within a timely manner. Not many places offer you a flight of wine so that was my favorite thing about this experience.

Enjoyed a good meal at Hugo's. Service was very nice, great food. I found the carrots in the brisket stew a little too soft and overly salty but otherwise everything was great. It wasn't too busy and we were seated right away on Easter Sunday late lunch.

Busy and full of families and couples. Lively crowd, quick service and delicious lunch with loads of choices! I had a massive burger piled with grilled onions and the usual works, my companion had a turkey burger with pickles, tomato and guacamole. Lots of well done fries filled the plates. Def would recommend reservations!

Good food. I had the Chicken Carciofi. Also the Garlic broccolini on the side. It was good, but needed salt, as they have a no salt policy. The roasted rosemary potatoes were very good. My wife had those and also an order of Broccolini. Our waitress was nice and helpful. Overall, a good experience.
