I was amazed at what professionalism the whole Zerorez company had as well as my technician, Art B. I was notified through emails and text messages reminding me of my appointment time. Art called me when he was on his way and let me know when he was done. I really appreciate how clean and fresh smelling my house was when he left. I recommend Zerorez to anyone who needs a professional carpet cleaning.

Mike just finished up cleaning our carpet. He did 5 rooms, stairs and hallway. He did a great job! He explained everything upfront and took the time to do exactly what he said he would do. I would highly recommend Zerorez and Mike for any work you may want done.
