Professional and nice Employee to talk through my carpet challenges before service. We discussed the pricing before the service began with proper measurements.

Mike from Zerorez cleaned my carpet today. I can’t believe the difference. It’s as if I got brand new carpet. There were soda stains, pet stains, and lots and lots of dirt, lol, and everything came out. I am totally impressed and will definitely call on them again.

While I normally would recommend, this time I’m not so sure. Maybe it was the technician? He was super nice, but I think he maybe didn’t try as hard. The first 2 cleanings I had with them were phenomenal. They got so many stains/dirt spots out. I had a cleaning today and overall improvement, but after the man left I moved my loveseat back and noticed a large area that looks like it hadn’t been cleaned. The photos are from right where he had my couch moved, so maybe he forgot to get that spot? This room (the main living room) was not nearly as wet which makes me wonder how much time was spent. Extremely disappointed this time around. While I still recommend I do think this guy whipped though way too quickly. He didn’t spend nearly as much time here as the guys who cleaned the first 2 times. Really hoping they can send someone back out to help, spending $250 for what I received is not sitting right with me.

Nick was wonderful! On time, professional and thorough! Great listener! Carpets clean and sparkly! There is never residue left behind or that "crunchy" feeling after drying. Highly recommend
