RecommendedRyan was awesome! I had two rooms, stairs and hallway done. Our little dog occasionally has accidents and for some reason always chooses the landing on the stairs lol. So, that area always has slight stains I couldn’t get out completely but he was able to get it out. Super impressed and the job was done in about an hour or so.
Very professional service. We have used Zerorez for many years now and have always been happy. Our recent technician, Jeff was great. Called when he was on his way. Did a wonderful job on our carpets, was knowledgeable and pleasant. I highly recommend Zerorez for any of your carpets cleaning needs.
Had Zerorez come out and cleaned our carpets and stairs. They explained everything before they started to job, explained as they went and did a fabulous job and fast!!! I would highly recommend them!! My carpets look brand new again! Kudos to Dominique and Jonathan!
Did a great job! Took a lot of time working on pet stains and gave great tips on how to keep our carpet clean after their initial cleaning!
