RecommendedSam was awesome!! I got stuck at work so I used the garage door app to let him in. He sent me a huge text outlining what he felt the carpets required. Was not able to do all the extras right now, and he was so completely respectful about that and went about his job with great efficiency. He even took extra time doing the walking path to make it look as close to perfect as he could. Zerorez just finished cleaning my entire home and had some pretty bad stains and everything looks fabulous great job
I've used zero Rez three times for carpet cleaning and have always gotten great results. I have a small townhouse so usually use them when they are running a special and it's always been reasonable. I love that they don't use chemicals the process is natural and the technicians are knowledgeable are good about cleaning up after them selves. I am a repeat customer and will continue to use them.
Second time using Zerorez, second baby arriving in a few months. Carpet is clean and ready for the new addition! Alex was very nice and professional. Only downside it's a $300 minimum to come to our town, but was able to use the 3 room discount today.
