Amazing! The cleaner called ahead of time, came early- which was amazing- didn’t have to sit around all day waiting for them to show. He was very thorough with explaining everything and gave tips on how to clean vomit up when it happens.
Did a wonderful job. The associate was polite and very knowledgeable. He worked diligently to rid the carpet of the pet odors. We will definitely use Zerorez again.
Well just got my whole town house done!! Jorden, my in home Tech killed it on every level from calling ahead when they said he would, to a very thorough walk-through, making sure the estimate was correct and that my expectations were set previous to the service starting!
