This is the first time I have used zerorez and I would highly recommend them to my family and friends! The tech that I worked with was amazing and happened to be the lead tech Justin Harris. He was extremely friendly, fast, informative about what he was doing and about the products used and did great work!!! I will be using them again in the future!!

Had my family room and 4-season porch carpets cleaned August 25th and was very happy with the entire process. The CSR that set-up the appts (I had to reschedule) was very friendly and professional. The technician, Blake, was very personable and thorough; took the time to explain the process, gave me an estimate before he started cleaning. The carpets looked great when he finished.
