They were able to fit me in later the same day, which worked great for my schedule. Ben showed up within the timeframe and was very informative and professional. I was expecting my 10 year old carpets to look better, but they looked almost new after cleaning. Thank you!

I called on Thursday and had an appt the following Monday. Very through and efficient. We had Peter Graves as our lead technician. He was great! Definitely worth it!
