The technician (Matt) who came to our home took the time to review our options for a pet stain. He was very educational and personable. He even loved on our dog who was the culprit in this problem. Very satisfied. Carpet looks so much better!

This company was completely professional 100% of the process BOTH times I had them come out to clean the carpets in my home. My technician, Eric, did a wonderful job. He was courteous, professional and friendly and worked in a very timely manner. I would recommend Zerorez and Eric!

My husband and I just had our first experience with ZEROREZ. We had our air ducts cleaned and they did an amazing job! Robb was so professional! He explained everything he was going to do and what was going to go on during the cleaning. I would highly recommend the company and we will for sure go with their services if needed in the future!
