Lasted half of a Day One lasted less than a day. Came apart where apparently not correctly glued together.
Faulty cracked product. Item had a crack and leaked water from the jump. No better than the product I was replacing it for.
Poor manufacturing. Don’t buy. Fell apart in my hands while installing it in the hose. Ball bearings went everywhere. Would have certainly blown apart under water pressure. I paid more to get what I thought was an OEM part. Don’t buy this!!!
Buy OEM and save yourself frustration Purchased other branded item for replacing worn parts and was very disappointed. Hose was getting tangled up and would not stay straight. Bought this OEM part and no issues now!
Polaris D20...Total Crap Straight Out of the Bag! It Leaked Just Like the One It Replaced! It was NOT worth the purchase price of this EXPENSIVE, Premium, NEW Polaris D20 Hose Swivel to get one that LEAKED as badly as the one I replaced. CHEAPLY MADE brand name Polaris parts are not worth one red cent. This is not the first bad Polaris brand part I have purchased in the past couple of years. Fake product! This is probably a fake product from the seller. Lasted less than a month. Water is already leaking like crazy out of the ball bearing section. Bought a new one from Leslie Pool and it looks the same, but the reliability is better. Never buying any of my pool products from Amazon. So far everything I bought on here only last a month.
It works Product solved my issue with older leaking swivel joint.
Leaked immediately, poor quality Leaked immediately upon installation, poor quality product. And yes, installed correctly.
