Polaris D20...Total Crap Straight Out of the Bag! It Leaked Just Like the One It Replaced! It was NOT worth the purchase price of this EXPENSIVE, Premium, NEW Polaris D20 Hose Swivel to get one that LEAKED as badly as the one I replaced. CHEAPLY MADE brand name Polaris parts are not worth one red cent. This is not the first bad Polaris brand part I have purchased in the past couple of years. Fake product! This is probably a fake product from the seller. Lasted less than a month. Water is already leaking like crazy out of the ball bearing section. Bought a new one from Leslie Pool and it looks the same, but the reliability is better. Never buying any of my pool products from Amazon. So far everything I bought on here only last a month.
It works Product solved my issue with older leaking swivel joint.
Leaked immediately, poor quality Leaked immediately upon installation, poor quality product. And yes, installed correctly.

One Star This not a oem part. It does work but for the price it should be OEM?
FYI: These Are Directional! Install them Correctly.... Two things: 1. First off these are not "special" because they have Ball Bearings. These are standard D20 Swivel Couplers from Polaris exactly like the ones that came with your sweeper, and they all come with Ball Bearings standard. 2. These are DIRECTIONAL and must be installed correctly! Make SURE the little Arrow on the Swivel is pointing in the direction of water flow. In other words, towards the Tail. leaky Bought a few to redo Polaris hose. Though I'm still using them, 2 were leaking within a month. I won't buy these again
