Awesome cleaner Recommend for anyone with a pool. This one is replacing one that lasted almost 10 years in the south where we really don't ever "close" the pool. Only thing I recommend is keeping spare diaphragms. It's the only "moving" part but a strong pecan or magnolia leaf will put a hole in it.

Instructions??? It works great at lower suction. I wish one more hose weight would have been included though, as I have a 9.5 ft.-deep pool. I hated the fact that there no assembly instructions. The company said go to YouTube, but the only assembly instructions were for a G2 not a G3, but it was close enough.

Cleans well, but gets stuck on steps. Evidently a design flaw I have been using the cleaner for over 3 months and have to give it an average. The main problem is that the cleaner gets stuck on the steps. This is a design flaw in the cleaner as the round bumper seems to be higher than the step. My recommendation would be to make the bumper lower so it would hit the step and continue on. The cleaner does a good job cleaning if it were not for this problem. Zotiac Barracuda We had an original Barracuda pool cleaner years ago. But it's long gone. Zotiac owns the Barracuda name now, so I thought we would give this one a try. It has not disappointed. Cleans our in ground pool as good if not better than our original. I would highly recommend for in ground pools.

it came early and works as good if not better than my 10 yr old g3 ... it came early and works as good if not better than my 10 yr old g3 baracuda. this is very good product and for the price it is one of the best out there! my old one had the inner shaft to break but i might can glue back together. haven't tried!
