It works great as our pool is 9 ft His is our second Barracuda. It works great as our pool is 9 ft. deep & most cleaners will not go that deep. The price was right & the service was great. Jeanne Naples, Florida

Works great This vacuum is awesome. This was a replacement for one that I had for 10 years, it worked so well that I bought a second one instead of experimenting with a new one.

Replaced aging Kreepy Crawler - OMG!! Barracuda G3 It's SILENT!!! YES!!!! INITIAL REVIEW : Just now swapped out my Kreepy Krawler that was on its last legs. OMG!!! This Barracuda is QUIET!!! Not knowing any better I just assumed they all did the "Klack!-Klack!-Klack!-Klack!" noise of the Kreepy Krawler. What a BEAUTIFUL SURPRISE! You don't realize how much noise pollution the other one was subjecting you too! The Kreepy Krawler pretty darn near ALWAYS would get bound-up at my pool steps. A workhorse for our pool!!! We got this to replace a very old baracuda. I am very happy with it...easy to put in and it just cleans and cleans and cleans all day long :) our old baracuda we were constantly having to clean the valve to keep it going as it seems like every little thing would interrupt its operation. This keeps our quite large pool very very clean with no hassle. If you are on the fence about upgrading do it! We are glad that we did!!!
