Arrived not functional Item arrived not functional. Motor and wheels turn but the minte it touches the walls or bottom of pool it stops working and won't move. Returned and still waiting for a refund where others refund your money within minutes of receiving return notification is on the way. Not very good service in products or customer service
Gets stuck repeatedly Loved this for one day. Since then it has gotten stuck every single day, sometimes more than once. Sorry I purchased this. I have owned a pool for 30 years and do most of the work myself. I always used the flapper style, and it served me well. I thought I would spend more and get a better vacuum. So frustrating to look outside and see it stuck trying to climb steps and falling over onto only 2 wheels. Wish I had never purchased this. Should have returned but I cut up and threw away the box.
Go To A Store I had an MX8 elite from the same company, but she was old and tired. Thought I'd be fine to replace it with this model - a step down, but I was okay with that.Well... immediately I notice it didn't climb my pool walls as advertised. Constant breaks and jams Nothing but problems. Have to take it out and fix it all the time. Gearbox grinds, impeller gets stuck on one palm strand. Even when the thing is working for a week we had to attach a pool noodle to the heavy tube to keep the thing from tipping over and getting stuck. I don't understand how our 20 year old Hayward worked better than this.
Piece of junk! This product is junk - it's never properly operated and just goes around in circles. Don't waste your money!
Doesn't last. Not lasting. We have already replaced wheel gear and now it is not working...again. Our previous pool cleaner lasted us so much longer- this one not so much. I have filed a warranty claim and I hope the company will stand by their product and help make us whole here.

Terrible with even low volumes of small leaves I had a Dolphin robotic cleaner stop working after about a 5-year life and I thought this would be a good alternative as I had no issues with a suction-side cleaner on another pool 25 years ago. That was a mistake! My primary issue is that this thing will clog and stop moving with just a couple of leaves or sticks in the wrong place. Lasted One Year It worked great until it didn’t. The hoses lasted eight months. Bought new hoses. About nine months, the tracks failed. I replaced those. The cleaner itself failed at about the one year mark. It wouldn’t move. Of course, I began rebuilding it. It will require a complete rebuild, and the total parts cost is over a hundred dollars.
