Worst pool vac ever made. If you have any leaves that fall into your pool this is NOT the cleaner to purchase. If it runs over more than one leaf at a time the leaf jams in the impellar and the unit stops working. Tiny leaves ok. Bigger leaves (more than 1/2") jam it every time. Total garbage product.
Hose failed I only gave it one star because although it did work well for one year, for $349 the hose completely gave out after the first year. There is also no easy way to get help for a replacement hose either.Would not buy again.
Don't buy!! I have this vacuum for almost two years and from the beginning we had issues. Now it is even worse. I was going to returned when we got it but I didn't put too much attention. So ready to get a new one. Never worked property and my pool is a mess. It doenst even stand anymore
Being ripped off !! and not taken care of the situation/problem !!!! Hello , so bought this pool cleaner 3/26/25 , 8/24/25 started going in circles wont climb walls , my pool is fine new filters ,pressures normal , great suction , emailed supplier said to contact manufacture , their website has email , butit wont send tried calling no response . called Amazon they said going to give me a credit wait 3 hrs , then declined saying past 30 day window ...so they lied !!! Trash Does not pick up leaves well. Clogs immediately. Waste of money.
Conatantly cleaning Do not buy this cleaner unless you constantly want to take it out of your pool to clean it. Any piece of grass gets into the blades and it stops working. Frustrated customer.
Do not buy this product This item is very poorly constructed and we decided to return it as soon as we opened the box, They are charging a restocking fee and return postage so it cost $125 to open the box. Would not buy again or recommend.
Clogged by 2 pieces of crab grass and won’t work. Worked great for 2 months, now gets clogged by 2 pieces of crab grass and won’t work.
DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. The machine stopped working after 2 months from purchase. The vendor would not honor an exchange and provided the manufacturer details without assisting. BAD product. BAD service team.
