Must have proper flow. So far so good. I’ve been using it for over a week now. Once I adjusted the flow properly it works great. At first I thought it wasn’t going to work, but once I switched the valve completely to the vacuum and experimented with adjusting the RPM of the pump, I got it to work perfectly at 2000 RPM. You need to make sure there is proper flow. I have a waterfall and heat pump connected to the system as well. Better than Hayward Very pleased with this pool cleaner vs Hayward we spent too much $$ repairing constantly.

Great cleaner, except... Cleaner works great except for one problem. It gets stuck on the steps and I have to move it every time.

Great product Great product! Works as advertised but won’t crawl all the way up sides of pool. Vacuum may have to be adjusted.
