I love this cleaner I bought this for my above ground pool, I've never had a pool cleaner before and was tired of sweeping the dirt up from the bottom. I read other reviews and decided to try it. This does just what the other reviews said it does. All you need to do is put this in the pool, get the air out of the line and plug it into the skimmer and it starts cleaning the pool. I love this, no more hand vacuuming or sweeping. My pool is crystal clear.
Awesome I live in Arizona. Every day dirt gets into the pool. This works great n keeps my pool clean! Love it.
No more vacuum by hand This device is inexpensive, but it works perfectly. I used to vacuum by hand before I have this device. However, I don't have to vacuum by hand anymore. This device cleans the pool a lot cleaner than I vacuum. After my kids finish swimming, I just need to attach the pipe to Intex Skimmer Small Strainer. I have Intex above ground 16ft pool. I really recommend for above ground pool.

Keeping the pool clean This is our second Ranger Barracuda. The first lasted seven seasons. It works well and keeps the pool bottom clean.
Baracuda Ranger I am very pleased with this item. It replaces an old Jacuzzi cleaner that came with our pool package. This cleaner works much better, easy to install and even does the walls! Great item for the molney..
Does the job very well I needed a new pool cleaner and I picked the Baracuda Ranger because of its excellent ratings. I am very impressed. It does the job much better than my first pool cleaner (Kontiki). It was easy to assemble.
Verdict's In...It's A Keeper We have a 24 foot round, above ground pool. I used a traditional hand vacuum for 5 years before I finally broke down and bought this automatic vacuum. I really love it! Assembling the vacuum head was a little difficult. My husband found the directions to not be completely clear. Once assembled, we placed it in the pool and let it go to work. It vacuumed very well. Good for the money It is easy to hook up and you can just let it run as long as you want. I have to guide it to get the last couple of spots but over all it does a fine job and is worth the money. I have a 28' pool and what I got right out of the box worked great so I didn't have to spend any more on hose or anything else.
