I need help with bill I received yesterday. My doctor who took care of my arm told me this was taken care of through insurance. It was not and not sent to secondary. The lady I spoke to yesterday advised me it will now be sent to Tricare for life but they have to see something from Medicare first. I will contact Medicare about an appeal. So I hope you will work along with me to straighten this out

The people I spoke with were both very helpful and very polite, and I was impressed with their service, especially the second person I spoke with who actually made the arrangements for the device I ordered. I'm sorry I don't remember their names.
