The other day, I spoke with Shay regarding my outstanding bill balance. Shay, to my very, very pleased surprise, was able to provide me with a complete time line on my account's situation of being in sort of a limbo between my surgery doctor and my past insurance provider. Shay was courteous and patient with me as I asked questions. Shay was able to answer my questions to my total satisfaction.
