Not really sure about the product yet. I just received a call from them yesterday and they went thru everything that they had to do and got all my information. They was real quick about getting in touch with me. The physical therapist filled out the paperwork while I was n the office and within about 2-3 hours later I received a call. The gentleman on the phone was very nice and professional. He explained everything I asked and told me when the device would get here. It was a very pleasant experience
