I had spoken with Anna and Scott. Both reps were very knowledgeable and helpful. After ordering my Cervical Traction Home Unit it was delivered within 4 days. Exactly as Scott had informed me of. The device is the top of the line. My Dr., physical therapist and Chiropractor had all told me. I have been using it daily as instructed by my Dr. and I have already found relief within a weeks time. I highly recommend Zynex for any of your medical needs.

Your representative was very informative. However since he said I would be talking to another person when I received the tens unit, I felt like he was long winded. He also said I would be receiving two emails to sign and return (he said I would get them this morning), I have not received them. What’s up? Your representative Stuart that I met at Champion Physical Therapy was great about telling me about the tens and it’s different modes, so I felt like the telephone representative was repeating a lot of the same thing.

They were always available if I had any questions or needed to adjust my supplies and very helpful and informed how the entire process would work from filling with the insurance to supplies and support for setting up the unit
