I got a call during working hours, so I didn't pick up. A voice mail wasn't left, but I did get a text message. I followed the link on that text and completed the form for getting my prescription filled. A couple of the questions on the form gave me pause and I tried, repeatedly, to call the help center. I tried a few different times at a couple of different numbers. I do believe that I got through to a voice mail and left my name and number. That was over 24 hours ago and I haven't heard back yet. Did excellent job very kind and helpful would recommend you to anyone for help can't thank you enough I've been disabled for 17 years had to deal with a lot of people and this was by far the best experience so far thanks again for the help

I’ve talked to Adam a couple times now he is so polite and a knowledgeable explains everything so a child could even understand it he goes above and beyond to try to answer any question any question I ask him and if he doesn’t know he gets back to me I believe he’s a total asset to your company he put you at ease when he’s talking to you his voice is so calming and you can tell he’s very intelligent and very very caring he’s helped me a lot trying to get all my paperwork in Having trouble with the mail not sure if it’s on my... read more
