I got a call during working hours, so I didn't pick up. A voice mail wasn't left, but I did get a text message. I followed the link on that text and completed the form for getting my prescription filled. A couple of the questions on the form gave me pause and I tried, repeatedly, to call the help center. I tried a few different times at a couple of different numbers. I do believe that I got through to a voice mail and left my name and number. That was over 24 hours ago and I haven't heard back yet.
