You were very quick in getting the machine to me. I am done with it though. I’m just not getting any relief.

Your representative was very informative and polite. He explained how the device was going to be billed through my insurance and if it was not covered, what my responsibility would be. I really appreciate this because I’ve had other Durable Medical Equipment companies tell me the item would be covered and then get a bill after the fact if it wasn’t covered. I appreciate how quickly Zynex will be shipping the item. I can’t wait to get the new, improved tens unit.
