Product does provide relief but the connector wires do appear to come out from connector to machine after a while

I was surprised at how strong the TENS unit is. The electrical impulses are strong enough to make a real difference in reducing my overall level of pain. The replacement of supplies (batteries and electrodes) come at just the right frequency and customer service has been very responsive.
