Zynex representatives contacted me once my doctor order my equipment to confirm all the information they needed. Everything else was handled by Zynex. They shipped my equipment, showed how to operate it and made the process seamless. Excellent customer service and the equipment work just as well as the one being used in the doctor's office.
I appreciated how nice the dental hygienist was to me in explaining the new x-rays to me since I had been traumatized by my ex dentist She was very careful, but cleaned my teeth quite well. The dentist was nice as he checked my teeth. Everyone was quite professional
