Very helpful since the beginning. Delivery of equipment was prompt and fast. Dealing with insurance has been the biggest hiccup on your end and mine. Spoke with professional lady on 8/31/2020 at approximately 10am CDT (can’t remember name) who was very helpful and understanding. I paid bill in full over phone so Zynex could get their monies. I then contacted BCBS to find out that I had not met my out of pocket deductible and would be responsible for all charges because Zynex was not a contracted provider. If they would have ... read more

It helps for pain a lot I really like it my pain level went from over 10 to now a 7 and it still hurts but more manageable
