I was very pleased with the experience And with the gentleman that had called to explain the insurance issues and getting the product approved, which he did, i still haven’t received the product yet! I was under the impression that it took 3 to 5 days... but mail service in my area seems horrible! from the time my unit was ordered until I received it was less than 48 hours. the instruction manual and on line videos were understandable. I started using my Tens machine right away and it has really helped with the pain I have in my lower back, hip, and leg.
