The unit works great, BUT…..I really don’t like that it does not have an internal rechargeable battery. The 9 volt batteries do not last long at all!! 😢

I left a message over the weekend that I thought one of the leads on my NexWave wasn’t working or had a short in it. I gave them a time to call on Monday and they were quite prompt in calling back. I was transferred to Andy who asked to check something with the leads which then appeared that the one lead was the problem. He indicated that they would send a complimentary set of leads so that I would receive them by the end of the week. Since I received my TENS unit from Zynex, they delivered the electrodes on time, every month, without delays, excuses or problems. They (Zynex) really takes care of their customers and their customer service is easy, friendly, and knowledgeable in their products. No stuttering, excuses, or hesitation at all. I enjoy working with Zynex and appreciate the cooperation. I highly recommend Zynex to anyone needing pain relief.
