Very pleased, love the fact that I was able to communicate in my own language! That assured me that I and the intake person were on the same page! She was very helpful and compassionate to the pain I was going thru!

I was treated very nicely and was told everything I needed to know about the Jet Stream unit. I never asked the gentleman's name and I'm sorry for that, he needs to be commended for his knowledge of the the Jet Stream unit and what is needed to qualify for one and the amount is needed if Insurance doesn't pay for it. I'm on a limited budget and so glad to know how much something is going to cost before it is sent to me.

Very knowledgeable with product and what it's purpose is for. Able to recommend settings, duration per setting, down to how long the battery should last and which would be the best mode for battery life unless your doctor recommends otherwise.
