1105 Town Brookhaven I’ve recently just moved into this wonderful community and it’s amazing! I had the please of working with Emilie and she was awesome. She got me set up and moved very easily. Definitely recommend her!

1105 Town Brookhaven I have lived at 1105 Town Brookhaven for 1 year now, and it has been amazing! First, off everything you need is in Town Brookhaven, and within walking distance (Publics, Costco, Dentist, Shops, 5 Restaurants, and 3 Bars). The places are all brand new, and very spacious. The facilities on site are amazing, 2 pools, a 2 story weight room, and a Golf Simulator. If you tour the place you will be immediately sold!
Do not sign here If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place and the ownership could not be any worse. The fire alarms go off multiple times a week every week. In October the my went off and someone for some reason decided to spray the fire extinguishers all over doors and the hallway. They were completely covered. It took forever to get cleaned up and over 1 month later there is still soot from the extinguishers. The entire building smells like weed. Management uses any excuse to close the office early. DO NOT LIVE HERE Place has been a financial nightmare since day 1. They owe me my deposit and 10 days of rent. Haven’t resolved anything in 3 months. Management is unprofessional and unhelpful. Spend your money elsewhere. Place is a money pit.
Smells like weed constantly I have been residing in 1105 for 4 years now. Our experience over the last 6 months has flat out not been good and continues to get worse. Currently we are experiencing weed smokers in multiple units by us. Disappointed in Living Here - Unsafe Events My husband and I have been living in Town Brookhaven for over half a year. While the facilities were originally nice, in the past 3 months, the elevators have been broken over 10 times, and in the most recent one, we were trapped in the elevator at 41 weeks pregnant for over 40 minutes, unable to dial (no elevator alarm system) or 911 due to having 0 signal, in 90+ degrees. BUG INFESTATION DO NOT LIVE HERE !!! I have lived here for over a year and have been dealing with GNAT problems since the day I moved in. I immediately made the leasing office aware of the gnat issue. Their maintenance man couldn't find the problem or source. They allowed this problem to continue, until I started with the emails and phone calls. The maintenance man came several times after that and still couldn't find the source or a resolution.
