20/20 was amazing. The entire staff was friendly and very professional. They understood my nervousness and did everything to put me at ease. They took the time to make sure I understood every step of the process and repeated everything as necessary. I left thinking the cost of this procedure was worth every penny. Don't wait you will not be disappointed.
My experience with the 20/20 Institute was outstanding! I set my initial appointment with Blake, who was exceptionally courteous and professional. At the appointment, I met with Mark and Dr. Danzo, who had concerns about my candidacy for attaining 20/20 vision, due to the shape of my cornea in the left eye. This is the best money I have ever spent. The procedure was quick and I was amazed at how awesome the staff was. I was really nervous to get this done, but everything was above and beyond my expectations.
The staff at 20/20 made my LASIK experience more positive than I could have ever imagined! During my visits, I completely forgot this is a business; the entire staff treated me more like a close friend they cared about rather than a patient. Everyone at 20/20 was incredibly informative. Great Staff and Doctors! My Dad got his eyes done about two weeks before I did with 20/20 Institute and I have to admit it seem a bit scary. However that was certainly not the case when I had my surgery done! I was in and out in 9min and the procedure didn't hurt at all! I felt like something was pressing against my eye for about 45sec but after that it went by so quick! I also didnt smell anything but I hear some people do. 20/20 was the first place I went to see if I qualify for lasik, and I was so glad I went there first! Blake and Mark did a great job of teaching me more about lasik, the technology, and guided me through the process so I can now have 20/15 vision in both eyes! All the staff were very friendly, not pushy, and I felt very comfortable and confident that 20/20 would give me the best lasik surgery out there. I am so glad I got my lasik done at 20/20! I had a great experience at 20/20, every person I spoke with made the process simple and easy to understand. Each employee is so knowledgeable, they really made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. The day of my surgery was smooth, during the procedure, the doctor and assistant talked through each step which really helped ease my nerves! The entire process from consultation to procedure was smooth and I am so glad I made this decision, no more contacts or glasses is a great feeling!
