I very highly recommend 20/20 Institute. I had my Lasik just this Friday and it was a great experience! The staff were always friendly and extremely helpful from the initial consultation all the way through! (Thank you Jacquelyn!) The doctors were always great and got me through the procedure without any worries! I've been wearing glassed since I was 12 and couldn't go about my daily life without glasses. The day after my procedure I can see better than 20/20! I should've done this earlier! Thanks again 20/20!!!
I highly recommend the 20/20 Institute. I have been in glasses for 7 years and decided that Lasik was my best option. I had two consultations at two different places in the Denver area. I had an all around excellent experience at 20/20! The staff is super friendly, professional and extreamly helpful making for a very enjoyable experience! I had my procedure done yesterday and my follow-up this am. Not even 24hrs out and my vision is already better than 20/20. Priceless in my opinion! Would definitely recommend!
The 20/20 Institute is a refreshing and amazing change from modern customer service in the U.S. -> You are not there to give them business; they are there for you to answer every question you could possibly have in the most polite and professional environment possible. State of the art technology with a very professional and friendly staff. I'm glad I got my lasik procedure done here, I couldn't imagine getting it done anywhere else!
This place, these people- truly THE best. I had my surgery done on Friday and it was incredible. They took great care of my eyes, and made me feel as comfortable and as welcome as I possibly could be before, during, and after my LASIK. The quality of the care was first class, the quality of the staff was first class, and the quality of the surgeons was first class. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my eyes other than 20/20 Institute.
LASIK was one of the best decisions I've ever made! Great staff, comfortable office, amazing patient experience. Worth the 40 minute drive to the office from my house. I shopped around and found no better staff/office. Worth every penny.
I cannot express how HAPPY I am after receiving LASIK from 20/20. I have horrible eye sight, and was a little scared to have lasik surgery but it was the BEST thing I've ever done. Both my sister in-laws had their eyes done by 20/20 and were beyond pleased.
