The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They did a great job answering all of my questions and making me feel comfortable.
Went in on Friday and it was a wonderful visit. Their staff are very respectful to everyone. They all made us feel good about being their. I was nervous about doing the lazik but they explained all and it was a fast job. I'm so happy now no more glasses or contact lenses. I see 20/20 now. I am so recommending this to my family and friends.

The experience was amazing all together. From the moment you walk in for a consultation to the follow up appointments after the procedure. I first sat through the process with my boyfriend and then did it myself and not once did I have a complaint or felt like they were withholding information. I will recommend this place to everyone. I already have and I just had my procedure last night.

It has been a week since I had the surgery. It is the best thing I've ever done. I highly highly recommend 20/20 institute if you decide to get lasik. I had plenty of doubts before hand and they made me feel very comfortable about what was going to happen. They made the whole process from first appointment to the post surgery check felt like you were part of the "family". Awesome experience, don't go anywhere else.
