All the staff is great! Since you open the door and the lady in the front office assist you, till the doctors in the day of surgery. They made you feel comfortable and safe. I am really glad i choose 20/20 institute.

I am very pleased with the service I received from the 20/20 Institute. The office and medical staff are very professional and comforting. Everyone in the office provides exceptional customer service. My questions were answered and my concerns with the procedure process were addressed. AmaZing experience. Their team is very knowledgeable on explaining the procedures, making you feel comfortable, and simply giving you the support you need to go through the surgery. It felt like less than 5 minutes per eye. The only part not fun is the pressure on the eye to prepare the surgery. Everything else was a breeze. Took a 4 hr nap, will go back tomorrow morning for my checkup. Thanks 20/20
