I am two days from my lasik and I could not be happier. From my first consultation to the day of my procedure I was treated with the utmost hospitality and professionalism. 20/20 institute was a wonderful experience for me. The staff is very friendly, the doctors are very knowledgeable and the procedure went off exactly as expected. I must have asked the same questions two or three times for clarification. They never made me feel as if I was putting them out and answered every question every time in a way that made me feel comfortable and in a way I could understand.

First of all, for anyone debating lasik; DO IT! It is worth every penny and I would do it all over again in a heart beat. Now if you're going to get lasik, get it at 20/20. This has been the best medical related experience I have ever had. Not only is the staff super friendly, but they're dead honest. Not everyone is eligible for lasik and you will be told that if they're not 100% confident going into it. The staff was incredibly informative which made the process 1000X easier.
