I just had lasik in 20/20 yesterday afternoon and my experience is great! Good environment and professional stuff make my lasik surgery very smooth. I was in the operation room for about 10 minutes and I am glass free now. Highly recommend!
20/20 Institue was recommended to me by a friend. From the first consultation, everything was quick and easy. All appointments were on time and the staff was knowledgeable and able to answer all questions. Scheduling the procedure and all appointments was a breeze! I would recommend 20/20 Institute to anyone considering LASIK. I am so happy with the results!
I would give them a higher rating but the highest is 5 stars…… I can't express how friendly the staff was. Surgery went so easily and my recovery time was so fast. Anyone thats looking around town for lasik, make sure to stop by here for a consultation. You won't be disappointed.
I've had -750 vision for about 20 years, it's unbelievable that I can see perfectly now after 20/20's team performed lasik on me YESTERDAY! Seriously exciting time we live in!! They answer every question you may have, and guarantee their work... seriously, it's silly to keep dealing with glasses.
Had Surgery on Fri, see 20/20 on Sat, it was a great day! High quality staff with Dr. Danzo and Dr. Tripp leading it. Mark made the pre-op fun! I recommend the 20/20 experience!
Best decision ever to choose 20/20 Institute! I just had my Lasik procedure yesterday and today I can see better than ever. Loved the entire team at 20/20. They understood my concerns and fear. Didn't get a sales pitch but instead received an education on the Lasik technology and procedure and which option is the best for me. Took me 3 years to finally do it and wished I had made the decision earlier. I was nervous about the procedure for no reason, simple, quick and hardly felt a thing. Thank you 20/20 Institute!!!
I cannot say enough great things about 20/20. Getting past the fact that my vision is great, it pales in comparison to service you will receive from the great people there. They friendly, make it point to remember you and not treat you like a number. If you are hesitant about Lasik call them and get an appointment. They will take the worry out of it. They are very informative and walk you through the process. The only negative I have to say about them is that they don't have size 14 surgical booties (haha).
Everything at 20/20 was very professional. My vision was about 20/70 (nearsighted with astigmatism). After surgery, I am seeing 20/15! It cost a little bit more than the other competitors I looked at, but the laser was better as well. One competitor told me the lasers were the same, but after some digging they were actually the same brand but an older version. I am happy with my decision and wish I had this done sooner! It is great to be out of my glasses/contacts every day.
You can't ask for a more friendly environment to get LASIK. Extremely impressed all the way around.
