I am so happy I chose 20/20 Institute for my Lasik procedure. My experience there was Fantastic!! The doctors and staff were kind, caring and very helpful every step of the way. I had my procedure on June 12, it was quick and painless. Going from a glasses prescription of -4.50 to seeing 20/20 and even better without glasses ... This has truly been a life changing event for me! I wish I would have done it sooner. I am so glad I did it there!
Before I went to 20/20 institute, I had been told several times that I was not a good candidate for lasik by other providers. After my consultation, I felt extremely confident in 20/20 institute's knowledge and procedure. It was comforting and exciting that they were not phased by my initial prescription unlike other lasik providers. I was seeing 20/15 by the morning after my procedure and had no side effects. 20/20 institute delivers a great lasik experience, and I'm so grateful for my new vision!
I've always had wanted to get lasik done ever since my dad got it over ten years ago and finally the time came. My mom just had it done last month at the 20/20 Institute and she ranted and raved about it. She convinced me to do it and it has only been two days since it has happened and I'm already seeing better than 20/20! This has been one of the best decisions of my life. Everyone at the institute was extremely helpful and nice. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get this procedure.
I loved 20/20 Institute! They did an excellent job, the staff is very caring and friendly! I never had to wait more than a minute for an appointment and they were so willing to work with my crazy schedule! I highly recommend them!
ALL of the the staff from the receptionist to the technicians & doctors at 20/20 were more than accommodating in setting up this procedure for me. They were always cordial and made the environment comfortable every step of the way. They were also very thorough and honest in their assessments, which led to a very successful surgery! I LOVE MY NEW EYES!!! I would give shout outs but, seriously, EVERYONE at 20/20 is awesome!
Such an amazing experience with 20/20. So professional from check in to check out. Everyone was so awesome to work with and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Best of all, 48 hours post surgery I can see the world perfectly. Cannot say enough great things about this practice!
Hands down The Best!! From my initial consultation to the actual surgery, to the follow up this is definitely where you want to have LASIK done. I had severe eye trauma when I was 19 and was very hesitant to have this done! But rest assured that the staff laid all my fears to rest and were very nurturing and reassuring. After plenty of research I decided to go with 2020 Institute. I am beyond pleased with the customer service that they provide. The doctors and surgeons are amazing. I highly suggest if you get Lasic you go to 2020 though take care of you!
My experience with 20/20 was first class all the way. After considering LASIK for many years, they took great care of me and walked me through the process so I was completely confident going through the procedure.
