Amazing customer service, amazing doctors!! Had my LASIK procedure this morning and can't express the euphoria I am feeling knowing that my glasses and contacts are gone!! 3 days after my Lasik procedure and I couldn't be more excited that I finally went through with it. From the very first appointment Mark Babbit and all of the staff at 20/20 went above and beyond to make sure things went as smoothly as possible. At my follow up appointment the next day after lasik, I found out my vision was at 20-15, so thankful I finally made it happen and could not have chosen a better place to have the procedure done!
I was surprised at how friendly everyone was. I felt like it was truly their priority to make me comfortable through the procedure. I recommend 20/20 to everyone. This is the best decision that I have ever made.
My experience with 20/20 Institute was stellar from start to finish. Everyone on their staff was exceptionally kind, knowledgeable and professional. From my initial phone discussion to the follow up appointments the staff made me as comfortable as possible along the way and always asked me if I had any questions or concerns. I am happy to report I now have 20/20 vision and could not be happier with my decision for LASIK with 20/20 Institute.
