Good: Jose and his team were great!!! His crew arrived on time and loaded my 2 bedroom 2 floor townhouse in 3 hours! Arrived to our new townhouse in San Antonio and were done unloading in a little over an hour. They took great care wrapping furniture and taking it down 3 flights of stairs. BAD: When I first contacted 3MM I was not told they were be on the clock the 3hour ride from Houston to San Antonio in addition to the hourly rate of loading the truck. Park in no parking zones in neighborhoods while moving others . Don't care about the law or safety of people or children or those trying to drive Through or walk, ride bikes Etc ...I understand they need to move people BUT don't park in no parking zones and ignore request to move truck when it's obvious no one can get thru or very tight/not safe.... 2x this week. Traffic can't make it through . Movers speak no English at all. 1 driver. Moves like a turtle. Won't move truck even when they were almost done w the job!!!!!!! Pre... read more

I am in the process of doing a big house painting/maintenance project and hired 3-Men Movers to help move and pack some items before the start of the job. The company requires a two hour minimum and an $81 travel fee. I did not object at all to the price, because I needed the job to be done. I thought I was clear in my needs, but apparently not, since when the movers arrived they had no packing supplies. The move was great they arrived when they were supposed to and worked well into the evening. I am a little disappointed as we had a very old handgun in a nightstand drawer that we intentionally left there so that we could hand carry to the next house well they packed up that peice of furniture before I remembered to go get it and now the gun is gone. I had them move me from Kingwood to a storage place in December, months later when I I moved my stuff out of storage and in to an apartment upon unpacking I begin to notice that items/boxes were missing which has really upset me because some of the items missing are photo albums which had precious pictures of my son, my mom's last homemade quilt is also missing. Update: The Director of Operations contacted me and we were able to agree on an acceptable claim amount. He has assured me that the moving crew and the customer service manager will receive additional training and monitoring so that my experience won't happen again. That is all I can hope for. BEWARE! The movers are slow, incompetent, and damaged our property. Get everything in writing and document time and take photos. The claim amount the company offered is minimal. This was the worst moving experience ever. We had a 7 am move scheduled and finally someone shows at 1130. They load everything in three hours, while chatting on there phones and using our clean restrooms. Then it takes them an hour to get to the new place which is 13 minutes down the road. Then they get everything unloaded by 607 and charge us until 622. Not to mention the slowness of them unloading while they stood around and talked and were on their phones and folded up their pads on our dime. This was the second time we ... read more

Terrible, even if they give you a quote. I will never use them again.they drove off on me. But I got the maintenance man of my apartment complex to move me. Don't trust them they are horrible. I wish I would have read some of the review,s beforehand

Hello, Vanessa. Clients must be packed when the movers arrive or another option would be to schedule packers. Our customer service manager informed you that she would gladly schedule someone a mover to come back later when you had your belongings packed. She even followed up with a phone call that afternoon when she didn't hear back from you. We regret that the move was not rescheduled but we are glad to hear that you were able to arrange someone to help you move.
