My mom used this company to move her one bedroom apartment to a new apartment locally. They took EIGHT hours to do so, took a “lunch break” for 30 minutes on her dime, stopped for gas when the drive was barely 4-5 miles way, and charged her for all of that time. This move was a horrible experience! First home and I hire movers, 3 Men Movers to be exact. They were recommended by friends and family as an excellent moving company. On time, great service and really treat your belongings with care. Well 3 Men Movers sucked! Big time! Had to cancel the move on Friday when I took a whole day off to move and then couldn’t reschedule me until Sunday at 7 am! I agree and guess what. . . . They never showed or called! Move was fine but had 20 V battery and charger for Dewalt tools come up missing. Was told not on truck so must be house. Not true.

Our entertainment center was NOT put back together correctly and they refuse to come back out to fix the problem. Our messages are being ignored. We will be filing a claim. Very disappointed, we will never use this company again.
Actually, the movers were great. There was a mishap with a marble table. We had purchased the extra insurance. Sweet mover called it into the office immediately - before even removing the marble from the office to their truck. Office said they would take care of it, asking us for quotes, which we provided. When we felt enough time had passed, we contacted the office. She told me she remembered the accident but we waited too long to contact them???!!!!
So this experience was the most terrible moving experience we ever had. We were no showed at our scheduled move time. They were to arrive between 1-3pm. Between no communication from the crew and calling the company multiple times to figure out what was going on, they arrived at 7:45pm. SIX HOURS LATE. I was told the move would take 2-2.5 hours. It took them 4.5 hours. We paid over a grand when we were expecting it to be around 500. We put in a complaint and were told we would hear from a manager. I had to call a week later ... read more

if you're moving EVER and you're concerned with: - extra fees like "$60 if it's a third floor" or "$10 an hour more if you pay with card", etc. - worried about someone damaging your furniture or walls during the move - scared of getting screwed over because you've had bad moving experiences in the past stop worrying about finding the cheapest quote, and use 3 Men Movers! The movers punctured a hole in my 70" smart TV...it was practically brand new. They also ripped my leather Ottoman. Norma thier insurance claim lady told me she was doing me a professional courtesy by offering me $100.00 for it. The TV won't even turn on now. She offered me $50 for the Ottoman. I told them I would give them a bad review on here, to anyone I could tell and on Facebook and she told be the best she would do for me was $465.00. My TV alone was $1200.00 it was only 8 months old.
