Horrible service. Rude. Incompetent. I would not recommend to anyone.
Would not recommend 3 Men Movers... They charged me $870 to move 2bed/2bath only 1 block down the street. And only the big stuff. I moved most of my own crap. The guys were super slow. One of them even stopped to poop for like 15-20 mins in my bathroom, on my nickel.
I get an email, less than 12 hours before the move, the night before an 8 am move, that they have capacity issues and can't make it. If we are the first load of the morning, only load on that truck, there can not be a capacity issue. I could see a scheduling issue where some dimwitt double books, but not capacity. We are told by Oscar Ortiz "we will call when we are ready". WHAT? Over the course of dealing with him, he lied no less than three times. 3 Men Movers were absolutely amazing. I would give 10 stars if I could! They showed up early and ready to go. They prepped everything with blankets & plastic wrap. Not one item broke, scratched or dented. No walls scuffed. They even moved our grand piano, gun safe, and a freezer filled to the brim (last item loaded, first one off and everything still frozen). We had furniture moved from 2 bedrooms to other parts of the house so carpet can be replaced with hardwood. We have an antique armoire that had to be moved. We told the guys it had to be taken apart to move, they said no they can move it without taking it apart. We told them again it has to be taken apart to prevent damaging it, again they said no they can move it without taking it apart. We told them again it has to be taken apart. 3 men movers damaged my furniture because they tried to move my dinning room table without taking the legs off. Then I made a claim and I keep getting told I will be called the next day by their claim person Norma but she never calls.
Can you give 0 stars?! Do NOT sign up for a "2nd" move of the day...what they don't tell you is that it means you will be moving in the middle of the night!
